Indiana Jones defeated by Twilight?


SlashFilm reports that the teaser trailer for the film adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s novel Twilight was viewed over two million times in its first three days of release at MySpace. Those numbers suggest that the trailer’s launch could become the most watched one in the history of the internet. The record has been held by the trailer for Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull since March, when it obtained 4.1 million views in its first week at Yahoo! Movies.

The Trailer Park at MySpace delivers the trailer for Twilight, Catherine Hardwicke’s adaptation of Stephenie Meyer’s novel. Meanwhile, MTV Movies showcases the one-sheet for the motion picture. The poster’s image was captured by 18-year-old Joey Lawrence, who has signed to shoot all the posters in the film series. Twilight will arrive in theaters on December 12.

Pattinson composing ‘Bella’s Lullaby’ For Twilight


In Stephenie Meyer’s novel Twilight, one of the most romantic scenes takes place when Edward Cullen sits at a piano and plays a song he penned for his love Bella Swan. MTV Movies Blog writes that Robert Pattinson, who portrays Cullen in the film version of Twilight, is writing the heartfelt tune known as “Bella’s Lullaby.”
