De Niro, Barrymore, Beckinsale, Rockwell join Fine cast
Robert De Niro, Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale and Sam Rockwell having signed up for Kirk Jones’ directorial project Everybody’s Fine, which Jones likewise wrote. Miramax Films has worldwide rights on the film. In Fine, a remake of the Giuseppe Tornatore film Stanno tutti bene, “De Niro will play a widower who realizes that his deceased wife was his only connection to his children. He decides on a whim to take a road trip to reconnect with each of his grown kids, discovering that their lives are far from perfect.” Variety has the report.
Pacino, De Niro in new Righteous Kill trailer
Yahoo! Movies has the teaser trailer for the Jon Avnet thriller Righteous Kill, starring Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, 50 Cent, Carla Gugino, Donnie Wahlberg and Brian Dennehy. From Overture Films, the picture tells the story of longtime partners Detectives David Fisk (Pacino) and Thomas Cowan (De Niro), who are investigating a series of vigilante killings.
