IGN showcases two new images from The Spirit, the film adaptation of Will Eisner’s popular newspaper strip. The photos display The Octopus (Samuel L. Jackson) and Silken Floss (Scarlett Johansson). The Spirit will arrive in theaters on January 16, 2009.
